Actress Mariette Hartley and Director Don Eitner

On April 1, 2006 our affiliate was privileged to attend an evening at the White Fire Theatre and view a performance of Mariette Hartley's play "If You Get To Bethlehem You've Gone Too Far".  Mariette is the writer and sole performer in a moving autobiographical play about her experience growing up with mental illness, she portrays seven different persons and captivates her audience with her array of emotions and beautifully told story.

Following her performance she gracefully sat for a Q&A session for over 40 minutes and it was wonderful.
